Pricely Privacy Policy

Pricely ("the app") runs bulk price edits and scheduled sales for the merchants who install it. This policy describes what data the app stores and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Store information: your shop domain and an API access token, required for the app to function.
• Price job history: for each bulk edit or scheduled sale, we store which products/variants were affected, the price change applied, a pre-change snapshot of every affected variant's price (so changes can be verified and reversed), and the verification result.

Pricely does not collect, store, or process any customer data — no names, emails, addresses, or order information. Only product and variant pricing.

How we use it

Data is used solely to apply price changes, verify they succeeded, and allow you to roll back to a prior price snapshot. We do not sell, share, or use data for advertising or analytics beyond the app's own function.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the app, your session is deleted immediately, and all remaining shop data (job history and price snapshots) is deleted when Shopify sends the shop redaction request (48 hours after uninstall).

Third parties

Data is stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure (application server and database). No other third parties receive your data.
